Withdrawal, Cancellations and Refunds – INCI4ME
Updated 26/09/2026
1. Scope
This page explains how INCI4ME handles withdrawal, cancellation and refund requests, without limiting mandatory rights.
2. Consumer withdrawal
Where statutory conditions apply, consumers may have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. The precise treatment depends on the service, when performance starts and any express requests or acknowledgements made during purchase.
3. Service started during the withdrawal period
If the consumer asks for the service to start during the withdrawal period, the law may allow a proportionate charge for the part already supplied. Exceptions for fully performed services or digital content apply only when all statutory conditions are met.
4. Cancelling renewal
Stopping automatic renewal prevents future renewals according to the status shown in the user area. Access normally continues to the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated or required by law.
5. Requesting withdrawal/refund
Authenticated users may use the dedicated function in the Subscription/Orders area or contact support@inci4me.com. Requests are reviewed according to purchase date, subscription status, service use, checkout disclosures and applicable law. Opening a request does not itself execute an automatic refund.
6. Timing and method
When a refund is due or approved it is normally returned to the original payment method, subject to legal requirements. Posting time may depend on the payment provider and the user's bank.
7. Business customers
Consumer-specific rights may not apply to contracts concluded for professional purposes. Applicable contractual terms and mandatory law remain in force.
