Terms and Conditions – INCI4ME

1. Provider and scope

INCI4ME is provided by SELLES S.r.l., Via Salvo d'Acquisto 2, 30033 Noale (VE), P.IVA 04937130278. These terms cover the web service, free/TRIAL functions and paid-plan functions.

2. Nature of the service

INCI4ME helps read, organise and consult cosmetic-ingredient information. Results are informational and do not replace the original product label, medical advice, toxicological, legal or regulatory assessment, or the obligations of the manufacturer/responsible person.

3. Account

Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials and use the service lawfully. Functions depend on account and plan status. Security and anti-abuse limits may apply.

4. Plans, limits and TRIAL

Features, quotas and limits for STARTER, PROFESSIONAL, ENTERPRISE and TRIAL are those shown on the Plans page and at checkout when purchased.

5. Prices, taxes and payments

The applicable price, billing frequency, applicable taxes and main economic conditions are shown before the order. Payments may be handled by Stripe or another provider shown at checkout. Available commercial and tax documents can be accessed from the user area according to the applicable flow.

6. Renewal and cancellation

If a plan renews automatically, this and its frequency are disclosed before purchase. Users may stop future renewals using account tools or support. Cancelling renewal does not remove statutory rights or rights already accrued in the paid period.

7. Sources and content

INCI4ME may use labels, manufacturer data, public/technical sources and user contributions. Important information should be checked against the original label and applicable official sources. SELLES cannot guarantee that third-party data is always complete or current.

8. Acceptable use

Users must not bypass limits/security, interfere with the service, gain unauthorised access, upload unlawful content or infringe third-party rights.

9. Availability and changes

The service may be updated for security, compliance, maintenance or improvement and may experience temporary interruptions. Updated terms are published with an update date; additional notice is provided where required.

10. Liability and applicable law

Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer protections and the legally required consumer forum remain unaffected. Support: support@inci4me.com.
